Also, give the reader suggestions for improving th= eir health (knowledge of the food pyramid, physical exercise, and drinking wate= r).

§Persuasive Letter- Write a letter persuading the rea= der to change poor nutritional habits. Provide them with proof that poor eating ha= bits can lead to certain diseases. Back your opinions up with facts from books, websites, and/or the video shown in class.

§Editorial- Write an editorial for the local newspaper giving your opinion on the food pyramid and how people should use= it to be healthier. You should back your opinions up with evidence from books, websites, and/or the video shown in class.
