You Are The Entrepreneur!

You are an entrepreneur who just created a new good or service. You plan on selling this good or service. You want to get the word out about your good or service. Choose one of the following writing tasks to tell the public about your good or service.

• Brochure
• Speech
• A letter to a newspaper
• Feature/Informational Article (with references)

When you are writing, you must answer the following questions:

• What is your good or service?
• Why did you decide to create this good or service?
• Who will buy your good or service?
• How do you plan on advertising this good or service?
• Are there similar goods or services already on the market? If yes, how can you compete with the other producers of these goods or services?
• How much will it cost you to manufacture and/or provide this good or service and what would be a fair price to ask for this good or service? (Remember the laws of supply and demand)

Be sure to include plenty of supporting details and use real-world examples when answering these questions.
