Hi! I'm Fred Ruppel, your instructor. You
may have seen my homepage
on your way here. I'll be re-building this site weekly as the semester
goes on. You'll be able to view and download the class syllabus
(no excuses for ever losing it now!) and my class notes for each chapter
(see below), plus I'll provide you with links to some interesting sites.
The first of these will be web-links to your textbooks (Mankiw,
Baumol
and Blinder). Check 'em out and see what they've got on their
websites.
Class Details and Lecture Notes for Textbook Chapters
Each of the following links will take you to a file that
was built using WordPerfect7.0 software. When
you click on the link, you will not see the file contents
directly. Instead, your browser will prompt you to
save the file to your diskettte/hard drive or (in some
cases) to open the file. Whether you choose to save
the file or open it, WordPerfect (or Word software) must
be loaded onto the receiving machine for you to
access the file. All the lecture notes are in outline
form. Some formatting may be lost in the transfer.
