Dr. Elbert is Chair of the Department of Management, Marketing, and Administrative Communication in the College of Business and Technology. He comes to Eastern Kentucky University from Saginaw Valley State University, where he was the H.R. Wickes Chair of International Business.
Dr. Norb Elbert

Dr. Elbert received his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Louisville and Doctor of Business Administration degree from the University of Kentucky. His professional interests are in Strategic Human Resources Management, Transnational Teams, and International Management.
